I understand what needs to be done in Google Ads to establish the DKI. But I dont see any information in the internet about what needs to be done in a landing page to enable the DKI on squarespace? What is the code if I want to do it myself? E.g. my lnading page url is www.mypage.com/mylandingpage/?dynamic={myKeyword}. What to insert into the landing page?

In fact I decided to use only the email as input field, but still a lot of changes if I want to reuse it on multiple landing pages. So, I would nee all three elements (text above, input field and text below) as custom Newsletter form. Also one more question, how to change the language from inside the input field. Now it is called "Email Address", how to change that?

How can I reuse a custom newsletter? I have create one custom newsletter, then placed it at a certain landing page. In the next landing page I want to reuse the same custom newsletter. How to do that?
