Hi, I realised I need to change my domain. I read somewhere online that when you change your primary domain on squarespace, all your content disappears. Is this true? Does it mean I have to re-build my website for the new domain???? Thank you Diana

oh its www.crystal-ascension.com Maybe the error message is because it hasn't crawled the site yet and the results are from the previous time the domain name was used? Obviously I have zero background in IT related things, apologize for all the silly questions I ask.

Hi, I tried to get my site indexed on Bing but it is telling me it can't and I have no idea why. I have just launched the site a couple of weeks ago. Why is it saying that I am not connected to a DNS server???

Yeah I have the latest version, and I have no idea why my work would block it as I do alot of online shopping with the same laptop (shhhhhh). As long as it is working for most users I guess, the stuff I am selling people would be using their private phone rather than their work lap top. Thank you so much for your responses!

Hi, I have just published my website but my SSL is active. However i don't know why this site is blocked when i use my work computer. I can view the site via my phone and my husband's work lap top. I just don't want other people to be blocked from viewing the site. The below is what I am seeing: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.crystal-ascension.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Can someone let me know how I can fix this? Why isn't there an encryption algorithm when my SSL is active? Or is this something that will get fixed over time as you get more visits from other users? Or is this a completly different problem? I have literally tried everything such as deleting cache, resetting my router etc... that I see as solutions online. Kind regards, Diana

Hi, if someone could enlighten me that would be great. It seems that if there is only 1 product available, you can't add it to the cart as the error message "unable to add item" comes up. How can this be fixed? Does anyone else have this problem? I haven't made my website public yet. Thank you
