I've contacted the Live Chat Help people as I am still having trouble uploading subscribers and they advised me to try through an Incognito Page as Chrome runs some browser extensions that can affect things. It worked, so has solved the problem for today. I'm still having problems adding subscribers. It seems to only work once on Chrome, Edge and now my phone. It's becoming very frustrating as I cant add anyone at all now!

I currently send out an automated email welcoming a new client after purchasing a service. this email contains a link to a form they need to fill in. Can I run two email campaigns for the same service? One for the initial purchase and one for returning customers who don't need to fill the form in? Can the website differentiate between new customers and returning ones?
