Hi Paul , Here is what I have from them Hello Peter, Thanks for getting in touch. The SPF record looks like it needs updating at the DNS provider's end. Please could you update the following record at your DNS provider's end: Existing record: v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:185.145.156.30 ~all Update to: v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:185.145.156.30 +include:relay.k.io ~all You'll then need to allow time for the change to propagate. Hi Paul Ive had a look at this and i don't think i have the relevant knowledge to make changes.I am paying for this service is there not someone at Squarespace that can actually help? its becoming a pain. Thanks Peter

Just a heads up..When i spoke with help on Squarespace they didn't realise that they host the domain, despite having all the info available?

Thank you Paul, you are correct regarding Krystal, and they advised i need to make the changes initially. Ill have a look at set up as DKIM as you've advised, appreciate your time. Peter

I am getting email bounce backs when I send to any gmail accounts, this started 2 weeks ago. It appears my SPF values need changing. When I've contacted Squarespace help about this im told that I need to contact my domain provider, although my domain was transferred to Squarespace when I built my site. Its listed as Tucows in settings.. Any help advice appreciated
