Hey, there - I'm switching over my domain from BlueHost to Squarespace, and I have (or should have) completed all the steps up to the actual transfer. I've gone through both platform's transfer guides (yes, it's all unlocked, even if you don't have to), I've got my code, and I'm ready to go. However. When I paste my EPP, I get an error message back saying my code isn't correct. What it says verbatim, just in case, is, "Invalid Authorization Code." But - I know my code is correct. I just pasted it from an email. I don't own any other domains on that service, so it's not a mismatch. It fits all of the transfer guidelines, it's not an ineligible domain, and the site that's currently hosted on it is live and well. Not sure what else to do at this point - am I doomed to have to connect instead of transfer? That'll work out, but saving $20 and having everything in one place would be really swell, y'know?
