So to refresh this topic a bit. My business is selling physical products, and since it's matcha tea (same category as coffee products), for me it makes sense to have subscription.
However, due to the 'cancel anytime' option, I had quite a few customers taking advantage of this just to get the product at a cheaper (subscription) price once, and then cancelling their subscription right away, as soon as they get the discount.
I even had one customer doing it 4 times already!!!
This is really not nice, and of course, this is unfortunately bad morals on their side, but then again, I cannot do anything about it..
Couldn't we have an option that the customers can cancel their subscription only after e.g. minimum 3 automated purchases?
This is really hurting my business, and I would really appreciate if you could give me some advice on this. Or to upgrade the cancellation feature some time soon?
