Previously deleted photo is frozen on page

Hello, I am using a squarespace template for my website. Each "page" has photos i've uploaded. I deleted one of the photos but unfortunately it's freezing on the page. I've tried to enable and disable, move photos around, publish the site then go back to private. Id rather not recreate the page because it took a long time. Please lmk your thoughts to fix. Thank you!!
