Hi, We recently switched to Squarespace for our website and encountered a DNS Error message stating "We couldn't verify DNS settings with Other". Although our website is running smoothly for the past 15 days, we are concerned about the implications of this error. Our company policy requires all websites to be secured behind a security platform. This platform mandates the DNS records (A records and www CNAME) be directed to their IP addresses and CNAME. By following this setup, the Squarespace DNS dashboard displays current data in red for the www CNAME and A records. When we first migrate to use Squarespace, we added the Unique Code CNAME verify.sqaurespace.com entry in the DNS record, hence the current data for that CNAME is in green. We would appreciate any assistance on this matter. Thank you.
