  1. I am also just noticing this issue on mobile and brought it up in a chat with SS. I was using duckduckgo browser on mobile but the problem doesn't exist in the mobile Safari browser. The SS rep's response was this – hope it helps... "Sometimes behavior like this can be related to the browser or device you’re using, as they can cause a variety of display and editing issues on a site. I’d recommend going through some browser troubleshooting steps to rule that out: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/articles/115004581087 The first things I would start with is clearing your browser’s cache, making sure your browser is updated to the latest version for your device, ensuring cookies/javascript are enabled, disabling any browser extensions and then try viewing your site in an incognito window. I would then try in a different browser, restarting your device completely, resetting your modem/router, trying a different network and then making sure the device you’re using is updated to the latest operating system. You’ll want to refer to your device settings for instructions on how to update your system.

  3. I just had something like this happen to a site in progress that has not been launched yet. Our shop page changed to a blog page, lost a lot of content and was ineditable. Was raking my brain to think what happened and started reworking the page but since editing was not working, decided best to contact SS. SS restored the page and content rather quickly, but I am leery and worried about this issue. This was a very strange and random "bug". SS's response was not completely reassuring: "This was actually triggered by an internal bug within our platform, that has been identified by our engineers and they are working to solve this ASAP. However, they haven't found the pattern that triggers this behaviour. Having said that, the large majority of user reports, point to the fact that, this only occurs once on a Squarespace website, so the possibility to occur again within your website is limited. "
  4. yes, been having this issue for years... when rearranging images in a gallery, it often freezes up or wont let me make a change. Any updates yet?
  5. I have the same question. Wondering why a view event button is not included. Seems silly to have to make a link in each event excerpt. Hoping people are savvy enough to click through, but it is nice to have an "action" button.

  7. I was having an issue with the zoomed product image appearing blurry. SS customer care told me is was a browser issue and it wasn't happening on their end. But after trying different browsers, and incognito window, it still happens to me. I'm on mac mojave- maybe that's it? I ended up disabling the zoom feature by editing site styles –> product items –> click action (changed to lightbox instead of zoom). But the jury is still out on why the zoom image appears blurry on my end, but not on SS's end. I attached a screen grab of the zoomed image.
