I'm currently updating my website and switching over to the forte template. I have a gallery block in a page with video clips in it that open in a lightbox. I'd love to get a rollover behavior going where I can show the title and description as a rollover on the video instead of underneath the video (this seems to be the only option and I like the idea of having all the images touch with no padding). Is there CSS I can use to do this? I've found a few online but for some reason when I add them to the custom CSS they don't seem to do anything.

I'm curious if there is custom CSS I can inject to do two things to my galleries in Forte. I basically have a gallery inset in a page and I want to eliminate the padding between the gallery images and then make them a custom height and I want to have the title and description come up over the image on hover instead of always displayed below the image. This is the current layout but I'd like something more like this with an option to control image height:
