trying to add to the Navigation Bar on the Header the following without adding a New Page (because all content is on one Homepage):
1) Who it's for
2) Our Results
3) Program Details
4) About Us
5) Pricing.
All the content is on the Homepage. I want to add an anchor scroll once users click the link on the Header.

Under Program Details, I want to disable clicking into the summary thumbnails:
1. Holistic Health...
2. Realistic Goal Setting & Weekly Milestone...
All the way to 5.
Can someone provide me with the exact code I need to put under Design > CSS ? Appreciate if I could just copy paste into Squarespace to make those links unclickable.
