I am chasing my tail trying to work out how to integrate my conversion API from my conversion campaign for Facebook ads and if this is the reason that my leads aren't tracking! Problem - Facebook ads campaign shows 2 leads, but Convertkit shows 13! I have added an event to track leads to my pixel and it is showing as tracking leads but when I test it no leads track! Someone mentioned it might be because I have no conversion API set up and I cannot for the life of me work out how to do it on Squarespace. I thought I set it up and copied code in header but the code just appeared as text on my website and no leads tracked! Has anyone run into this and can help?
