Rather than just say sign up for news and updates. How can I expand on this tick box to insert GDPR compliant text?

I have linked external articles to my blog. Google says I should add anchor texts like href= <a> to anchor it to a word but I don't know how to do this. Can anyone share how? I don't have premium. Do I need this? or Can I add a code block and how do I add it to one or two to three words in a text block only? Very grateful for any help, thanks v much 🙂 Jane

Can anyone help. I have used a custom testimonial template but wanted to change the title only to white text but it doesn't allow me to do that. Do you know how and where i can enter a code to make this happen? Can I alter the size of the header as well?
