How to adjust DNS Records to map domain away from Wix to Squarespace

Hello: I want to map my two domains to the website I've created on Squarespace. But it looks like my two domains are mapped to Wix (where I had a website, as I'm looking to migrate). My two domains are atomcheung.com and atomicheart.fm As it stands, my Domains settings show that both have the status of 'Connection in Progress'. See screenshot. Will this go through ok? Do I need to first delete my DNS and MX Records on Wix? How do I do that? Then what do I do? Can anyone help me with this? Thank you. -Atom
