  1. Thanks Paul - so as I understand it from the above, ultimately our site will have 2 domains... primary domain is .org.au and secondary is .com.au - so if someone went to go to //website.com.au/contact it would automatically direct them to //website.org.au/contact - is that correct? Or will it still show in their URL bar as //website.com.au/contact ? Trying to understand if it acts like a duplicate site, or as a redirect.
  2. Hi all, Our charity's website is currently with Squarespace, on a .com.au domain (we're a company as well as a charity). We already own the .org.au domain and as part of an upcoming website refresh we need to change to the .org.au domain to show that we're a legitimate charity and encourage donations through the website etc. As we already own both domains, I figure it would be as "simple" as doing a redirect, but I'm not sure how this will work within Squarespace's framework. 1. Does Squarespace support .org.au domains? 2. How easy is the actual domain changeover? 3. How does Squarespace handle site redirection? We currently have lots of information out in the ether that has our current weblinks, and would love it if each of the pages had a specific redirect to the new page that relates to it.. is this doable? How complex is it? My understanding is that if we do a full site redirect any of the existing links will simply take the user to our new homepage, rather than the corresponding new page. 3a. Or does Squarespace not deal with redirection at all, and we will need to do it through our domain registrar? Has anyone ever done anything like this? Would love to hear your thoughts & experiences as we need to get things happening sooner rather than later Thanks
