I'm trying to get my recently uploaded favicon to show up next to my site when it is searched in Google.

I'm following this guide (se image), where exactly am I inserting the code into the header, does anyone have a guide?

There is a kind of white colour line in the middle of my footer for some reason, how can I get rid of it?

I've tried making the whole footer white but it doesn't work.

Hi mate

When I view it in Google incognito it worked, but in Firefox private window I'm getting the same error, where I can't click it.

How strange, any idea why this would be happening?

I'm trying to add a favicon but I can't seem to get it small enough. I've tried Tiny JPG etc but I'll be there forever.

Is there a better way to get it below 100kb?

Maybe thumbnail image was the wrong word. I just want an actual logo to appear in Google next to my site, as opposed to the squarespace box, see attched
