  1. @LetlynxI marked @PixelSoda's response as a solution because this is exactly right and how I solved the problem. There is an email sent to you with a temporary password but it is easy to miss because it's in the middle of a ton of text. I made the mistake of reading too fast/scanning and didn't see the temp password, nor is the email subject line indicative of the fact that it contains that temp password. I'm sorry for the late response.
  2. Note: Figured this out. I would delete if I could. Thank you! Hi, I just took advantage of the one-year free of Google Workspace after purchasing my website plan (I had already bought the domain). I want an email address from my domain in order to conduct my business and look more professional than I would using a gmail.com address. I followed all steps, but now I get this note asking me to accept Terms and Conditions (below). When I click the link provided, it brings me to a Google sign-in screen. When I try to use my new email address (ashley.shelby@vanishingworldcreative.com), which is the admin email address, it asks for a password I don't have. When I use my existing Google account, I get the message requesting the admin to login, included below (my son's school email address shows up so I blacked it out). So it seems like I'm caught in a trap. I can only access my Google Workspace if I accept terms and conditions, but in order to access those terms and conditions I have to sign in to a Google account I don't actually have (my Vanishing World Creative email address, just created). I hope I've made the problem somewhat clear. Where do I go from here?
  3. Hi, I created my website a couple years ago utilizing Foster. My dashboard says this is 7.0. I am preparing to update my website in anticipation of a new book of mine that will be released early next year and really would like to use a template that I can only identify as "Otherworldly Iceland"--I have not been able to locate a name for it. However, when I try to switch template on my Dashboard, it only shows me 7.0 templates as available and I do not see this template as being available. Is it possible for me to move my current website into a 7.1 template? If so, how can I do that? If not, is it worth creating a new site from whole cloth and then figuring out how to migrate the domain over (or vice-versa)? Please know I know nothing about web design or coding (that will be very obvious upon a look on my site), which is why I use Squarespace. I apologize for my ignorance. Thanks for any advice. I'm attaching the "otherworldly Iceland" template I'd like to use to update my website, along with the options I get when I try to install a new template for my current page. They seem like older templates. Thank you.
  4. Thank you so much! This worked brilliantly. Thank you so very much!
  5. Thank you for making this so easy and for being to generous with your time and expertise. I've done what you suggested and it does link directly to my page on Amazon. Thank you! Is there any way to make the hyperlink into a button? Also I notice I still have the Add to Cart button. I am unable to figure out how to delete that, so right now someone could actually add this "book" to their cart. Are there other steps I should be taking having completed this one? Thank you! https://www.ashleyshelby.com/books/the-archivist-of-third-chance
  6. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer. I did create a physical product page for the ebook but am not sure how to integrate a Buy eBook on Amazon link. I'm afraid I know nothing about coding. Editing to add the link to the book on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C1V8JCRB and the link to the book's product page: https://www.ashleyshelby.com/books/the-archivist-of-third-chance
  7. Hi, In addition to physical books of mine that I have for sale on my website, I would like to display an Amazon Kindle novelette I wrote, which I've only made available as an Amazon ebook. Ideally, it would be an image the same size as my other books, but when the customer clicks, it takes her directly to the Amazon page. My only options are a physical copy that goes into the cart or a digital copy which requires me to make a digital file available. I used the Amazon integration tool but it does not integrate visually onto my product page and instead shows up in the footer as an enormous image of the jacket, which I cannot resize. Looking for help. Thanks. Edited to include address for page in question: https://www.ashleyshelby.com/books
