Hi!
Reaching out for honest feedback is admirable!
And Bobby is right, a persons website is a living, working document that will always take on new shape and format through different seasons. Yours is in a good phase and perhaps is ready for its next phase.
Over all, I agree with the Bobby's comments and wanted to fill in with extra context to help you get in with some edits.
1 ) Having black as a background color immediately changed the tone from professional business to something more like a forum/chat area. If you want to stick with black as a main theme you can run with something similar to Squarespace's site. You'll notice they have their header and footer both in all black, but the rest of the site is white and very approachable. Otherwise, I would advise to keep black as an accent color or for certain blocks.
2) Footer is slightly askew. Either organize evening in multiple columns or stick with a single column and slightly smaller font.
3) Copy percentages on a page is tricky. For an "About" page more copy can be fine, but for a homepage you want your graphics to support and balance the amount of actual words on the page. I am a professional copywriter as part of my website builds and would be happy to help if you wanted to schedule something. There are some easy fixes we can do, like accordion sections, that could cut the amount of immediate copy on the page and loosen up the feel.
