Hi, My client has a member site they would like to move to Substack. Anyone have any experience doing this? What is the process of transferring the content? The member site contains 8 different pages, 5 of which are blog pages. PS it's a paid membership - what do they do about members who are already paying and have a plan set up? How do you move this across to a different platform. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, is it possible to add a folder to member site navigation? I have a few blog pages as part of the members area that I would like to group inside a folder - they are all recipes, but divided into separate Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks blog pages. It's a long list to display in the main nav and I'd love to just have a folder called Recipes to replace this... Is it possible and if so, how? Thanks

I have the same issue. Having to duplicate hundreds of blog posts manually, edit and then move them. Wish there was a less time consuming way of doing it...

Hi, I uploaded a custom Google font (Plus Jakarta Sans) to my site - it seems to be working fine in Chrome, but when viewing the site using Safari, all the fonts are reverted to a standard serif font. Thanks. I tried adding this section using a different browser (Safari) and it worked - it just wouldn't work in Chrome.

Hi, I am building a new site in trial mode. When trying to add a new Testimonials section and selecting one of the predesigned carousal options, I am unable to edit the content. Anyone any ideas on why this is or how to fix it? Thanks

Hi, my website features 3 different blogs (one is a blog, other two list podcast episodes and recipes). I want to feature an author in the blog, but hide this section from the podcast and recipes. How do I change the settings of one blog without it affecting the others? Thanks

Hi, my site features multiple blogs. I'd like to remove the author profiles from some, but retain in others. How would you go about that? Individually adding item IDs would take forever. Thanks
