I think managed to change the settings on my old domain to try to connect with squarespace. However since i started with the domain transfer first, I cannot complete all the steps needed to make the connection. I talked with support yesterday and they suggested cancelling the transfer as the fastest way to get a resolution. however when I talked with Aplus, it seemed that now that the wheels are in motion that might not work well. Can i just somehow get the Domain to re-direct or something. I just need my old URL to point to the SS site, or some kind of re-direct. I seems like it could be changed on the SS side as the screen shot indicates.

I Had a domain registered under Aplus.net pointing to a website on Fabrik. I built a new site on SS. I went to point the domain to SS and decided, OK i'll just transfer the domain. The site has now been down over the weekend, still waiting for transfer, and cant seem to get the existing domain on the aplus site to connect to SS, which i believe should be possible so my domain doesn't just give an error, which is very disconcerting at the moment. Causing me stress. need my URL to work please !!

I would love to know how to adjust this, I can target the block and add pading, but cant figure out how to get it to go to 2.35 aspect ratio
