Dialog about disabled scripts is making block too big and leaving white space
in Code Blocks

The dialog at the top of the block is forcing the block to be bigger than it needs to be. Once the page is live and the dialog is gone, there is unwanted white space. I can't figure out how to stop the dialog or fix the white space.
