Header and Footer not displaying correctly in Chrome

I created a new page today and suddenly my entire site has issues with displaying the header and footer (when viewed in Chrome; totally fine in Firefox and Edge).
The header includes several pages of whitespace and the menu links don't format correctly.
The footer is enormous, with each social icon taking up an entire screen, and also isn't formatting correctly.
The issue is site-wide, affecting all pages. Thoughts?
