We are currently having issues with our buttons and I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.
So under private dinning none of the fillable boxes can be interacted with, but while in the edit window of the site there isn't a problem. When chatting with someone from the chat box provided by Squarespace they suggested I reach out to the forum for help because they said we'd need to install our own code to solve the issue?
We are having the same issue under the top tab of Menu. We wanted to have clickable boxes where guests could download the menu; same issue. On the backend I could click it and the PDF would download in a new window no problem, but on the live site there were issues so we took it down for the mean time until we figure out the problem.
