A contributor with Website Editor enabled was unable to select Edit Site Header, the option was unresponsive. I saw a post in a different article from a user who wrote that full Administrator access had to be granted for that to work. Is that the case? Does that even make sense? In this case, it did resolve the issue but also gives a lot more access than necessary.
