Cannot scroll on email form on Android

When going to the e-mail form (via the e-mail icon) on the website when viewed on Android in Portrait mode, I am unable to scroll in order to access the Submit button. If I zoom in even a little bit, I am then able to scroll. Once I zoom out and scroll back to the top of the form, I again cannot scroll down to access the Submit button. There is no issue when accessing the form in Landscape mode on the phone. This occurs on both Chrome and Edge.
