Can't find the place where submitted forms are now saved.

I'm trying to find where SS is now saving submitted forms. The original notification of this feature, mid-July, has disappeared. Can Someone point me to the right place? Many thanks GOT IT. UNDER PROFILES. WHY NOT UNDER ANALYTICS WHO KNOWS.

Is there any way to convert a .doc to a form? Or, can I add a "submit" button to a text block, ie convert a text block to a form? I am not a programmer so do not understand how to totally restyle a form. Many thanks, John
