I'm surprised that i can't find this on the forum already 🙂 I've just run a Jan Sale campaign and although got great results in opens and links clicked, i did terribly in conversions. I would like to contact all the people that clicked the link in the 4 emails i sent in the campaign. Although i can see the emails in the pop-up https://prnt.sc/4gtugYiROLmi i am not given much control here - Is there anyway to create a manual segement from peeps that clicked a link in the specificied emails? (Unlikely i guess) - Is there an easy way to download these contact? All help welcome

Wow, thank you. What a legend.

My website is https://www.specialyoga.co.uk/ I'd like to create a page that can act as a landing page with no header navigation, so peeps have to use the links I create on the page. I want the links to remain throughout the rest of the site, it's just this one page I want it to effect. Is this possible, and if so how do I do it?

I've had an ongoing issue with a grey bar displaying on my site. I think I've been able to resolve this as an issue, but still have a situation where when you scroll to the limits of the site you get a motion effect where there is still a grey space appearing. It's not the end of the world, but i'd prefer it didn't happen. In the site styles, as far as I can see, I've got everything set to black that should be. Any advice massively appreciated. Grey Space Appearing On Some Browsers & Not On Others
JayPee replied to JayPee's topic in Images & Videos
Yooo sorry for slow reply. check https://www.anderttysma.com/ Thanks so much -
I've produced a site, which is basic but displays correctly to me. However my client and his management gets various iterations of the site displaying incorrectly, a recurrent one is grey line appearing at the bottom of the site. Attached images. @Ziggy has been really helpful here, and explained that the situation is that i'd not set a row count big enough and so on some browsers this could display incorrectly. However, i keep increasing the row count and it still appears with the grey line. I've taken it up to 34 so far, but this obviously effects how the site looks. I've asked Support and they suggested adding a section at the bottom of the page. But that just means that it looks like there is a huge footer, and looks terrible. I'm sure it's something simple, but i can't work it out. Is there any reason why a site that has a row count of 28 (no gap) would be displayed incorrectly? Any help is going to be hugely appreciated. I've used this custom code for a font incase that could be an issue. //---Custom Fonts---// @font-face { font-family: 'aldine-401-italic-bt'; src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/63a0d5c0d3b7cc5b3a17657a/t/63a0d686f6cd273e254d4027/1671485062982/aldine-401-italic-bt.ttf'); } h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, p { font-family: aldine-401-italic-bt; } header#header *, footer.sections * { font-family: aldine-401-italic-bt; }

I've used a custom font on my site. It displays on every browser I tried it on apart from my friend who is using Chrome. I assume the issue is with my friend's browser, but I'm not sure and want to make sure my site is watertight before handing it over. The first image is the correct one.

Cheers dude. Yeah i think that was my worry, they said Custom Code was a problem, so I just assumed the worst. The site is up and looks great now, so thank you J

Hey @Ziggy thanks so much That all makes sense.
-
@Ziggy Thanks so much for that. Legend. I don't know what you did, but I am now free of that error. I am not sure if this is related, but I am getting this error on the /about page where a grey bar appears at the bottom. SqSp support suggest the issues are custom code, but I'm out of my depth here. Do you have any suggestions?

I've just gone live with my site and suddenly have an issue where the background photo displays incorrectly and there is a grey bar appearing below the image, above the footer. In the back end, the same issue appears, but on the home page instead of /about, and only when the page isn't fully expanded.

** Currenlty the domain is being transferred so the site URL may link to the old site ** I don't know much about coding. I wanted to use a custom font across my site. I copy and pasted the code below and the font is in all the correct places (although annoyingly it appears straight, not italic, not an issue, but confusing). The issue i have have is that the site has a couple of glitches, my client has an issue where the image on the homepage sometimes appears zoomed in which i can't replicate. I've sometimes seen that the contact link in the header sometimes disappears. I contacted SS support, but they said the issue is the custom code. Is there anything glaringly obvious with the code that could be causing my issues? Or does anyone have any suggestions? Cheers J //---Custom Fonts--- 2 3 font-family: 'aldine-401-italic-bt'; 4 5 h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, p, {font-family: aldine-401-italic-bt, 6 7 //---Font Upload--- 8 @font-face { 9 font-family: 'aldine-401-italic-bt'; 10 src: url('https://static1.squarespace.com/static/63a0d5c0d3b7cc5b3a17657a/t/63a0d686f6cd273e254d4027/1671485062982/aldine-401-italic-bt.ttf'); 11 } 12 13 header#header *, footer.sections * { 14 font-family: aldine-401-italic-bt; 15 } missing closing `}`
