  1. I just started using the mailing list and was shocked to find it so primitive. I did find a way to delete a subscriber. Click on a subscriber and you get a pop-up at the side, at the bottom there's a red link, "Opt Out of marketing." That will delete the address. To update an address at a customer's request, I deleted the original and used the form on the website to add it back in. NUTS! Squarespace, y'all are so great in so many ways, it seems like this would be a quick fix! Hope you escalate!
  2. Thank you! I have used so many of your suggestions to others while building my site!
  3. Grateful to be here. I haven't found any solution to this in the forum or online, although both my questions seem like no-brainers. 1. I've customized my newsletter signup form with specific text and want to plug it into every blog post. However, there's apparently no way to save that text and I have to redo it on every entry? Is there a way to save that form so I don't have to recreate it every time? I found a wonderful code (https://www.applet.studio/blog/squarespace-newsletter-block) that allowed me to style the form itself permanently, but not the default text. 2. Also, can I create a link where people can bring up the form? I'd like to post it several places on the site, but in many places inserting the form itself would be awkward. I'm used to Mailchimp, where I can create links, popups and forms, with links leading to the form. But want to move away from them. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
