  1. Yes this totally works, thank you! FYI the link is to a support page for the extension with no link to it, easy find with Google, but just in case you're intention was to provide a link to the extension, I thought I'd let you know 🙂
  2. Also, hello learning to code lol (for me at least)
  3. Ok tried again, when I first went into the editor, mobile mode was the original one despite the custom css code still being in place. However the grid block size changes brought in by that code were still there AND I could use the size adjusters to remove the extra space. I fixed everything, hit save, then it went back to 749px for mobile as per the code, but handles were no longer interactive. I tried leaving and coming back in to see if it would do this again, but it just went straight to 749px/non interactive handles. I'll mark this as solved since the solution provided seems to have worked for others, even though I can't reproduce it on my end. Thank you very much @Ziggy 🙏
  4. Solved! Thank you, the images default to the text block sizes. I also moved the button to make it work, looks better in my opinion anyways. That did it, thank you. This has almost worked, I think I'm just missing something. Gaps between elements are removed but I can't interact with the section size sliders to remove the gaps that are now at the bottom of the sections. This is addressed in the solution link you provided, but I'm not understanding/not finding the updated code (?). I'm copying this code (2 codes) as instructed but I still can't interact with the section size sliders: I'm not sure what I'm missing, is there another updated code on the page? I can't find one... I'll keep looking into after work tomorrow, but please let me know if you can help on this last point, thank you.
  5. of course! sorry I forgot that obvious part : www.forestcrystals.com I will try these suggestions right away, thank you so much.
  6. Hello all and thanks for reading, I'm having a multitude of problems with the responsive design offered by Fluid Engine. They show up on tablet views and larger mobile landscape views (and smaller desktop screens), except the extra gaps, which show up on smaller portrait mobile views. These issues are extra gaps showing up between elements, element height changing, and buttons forcing their text to wrap. When it comes to the gaps which show up on portrait mobile views, I've been able to make them go away without issues by editing in the mobile view tab of Fluid Engine. However I can't make them go away in landscape view on smaller mobile devices. First issue: although all 3 images have the same grid height in desktop (12 blocks) and maintain same height in mobile landscape/portrait, the top image has a larger height in tablet view: Second issue is the button width reducing and forcing the button text to wrap on mobile landscape, tablet and smaller desktop views: Third issue is gaps showing up on landscape mobile view (for smaller phones): I'm curious if I'm alone with these issues or if someone has any thoughts or suggestions, thank you!
  7. Thank you, no it isn't, the button text is not supposed to wrap in landscape view and I have no way of fixing it since there is no option to edit landscape : Also, the button is not aligned with the image, I don't know how to fix that either. Thank you
  8. www.forestcrystals.com no password required it seems that the image width is reduced by a column on the right side and therefore is not center aligned, the button width is also reduced, making the text wrap instead of having it on one line like portrait mode Here it is on portrait (everything is fine there): On this screen, the button width also gets reduced on landscape and forces the text to wrap, but everything else is fine: Thank you 🙏
  9. Thank you and sorry about the delay. The problem is more evident on this screen because there is no text: it seems that the image width is reduced by a column on the right side and therefore is not center aligned, the button width is also reduced, making the text wrap instead of having it on one line like portrait mode. Here it is on portrait (everything is fine there): On this screen, the button width also gets reduced on landscape and forces the text to wrap, but everything else is fine: Thanks again for your time!
  10. solved the extra margin thanks to this post: I'm still having the issues with the landscape view layout squeezing images and buttons, also buttons aren't centered. Thank you 🙂
  11. Thank you, I simplified things in my design and buttons aren't doubled anymore as a partial fix, here is my latest post, I'm still having issues in landscape view, the buttons squeeze and wrap the text, the first image on the homepage gets squeezed too: In this lastest post I asked about white space showing up in landscape view, but have since found your solution here and it worked, thank you: I very much appreciate the help 🙂
  12. password is : forestcrystals https://vanilla-groundhog-ac8e.squarespace.com/ I'm having layout issues that show up in landscape view. First, there's a gap on the right. Second, buttons seem compressed so the words stack above eachother instead of staying next to each other. Third, it just seems like all elements are generally squeezed in towards the middle, even though there seems to be a lot of space in the margins. Thank you for any help! 😁
  13. https://vanilla-groundhog-ac8e.squarespace.com/ Password to site is: forestcrystals I'm not sure if the solution is custom code, but I'm having issues with buttons overlapping and I've tried to play around with the layout but no luck. As far as I can tell things just seem to get too compressed on mobile landscape, it would be nice if the image would get smaller and the copy/buttons could take more width. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙂
  14. Oops, no need for code, it's in the Site Styles under Fonts under Assign Styles.
  15. This has happened on a few of my pages so far, when resizing an element it sends it shooting down, when I try to place it with the mouse it shoots it down, when using keyboard arrows it just goes between 2 or 3 same grid positions. Anybody else encounter this? I just updated and relaunched Chrome and it still does it 🙂 Here's a video of it happening: https://tinyurl.com/2k2m5ajk In the video, first I try to reduce the element size with the mouse, then I try to move it with the mouse, then I try to move it with the keyboard up arrow. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
  16. Hi there, I looked at similar (or even almost identical) posts throughout and tried the solutions but I haven't made it work quite for my page. I've been able to change the header button typeface, but it remains on uppercase. I would like it to be on sentence case. My goal is for the header button to match the primary buttons, which are set to the following: Password to site is forestcrystals Thank you very much! 🙂
