Code to block RSS feed/sign ups?

Hi! I was curious if anyone might be able to help me insert code into my Squarespace site that would disable updates to RSS feeds. I've been dealing with cyberstalkers for over a year now, and while I've been using an IP blocker system, I cannot see who may be following my site via RSS. I saw there may be a Wordpress extension that can do that for WP sites, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on code I could insert into Squarespace to stop that. Thank you so much!
