  1. I used to receive emails every time a new customer purchased my service. the email title would state "A NEW ORDER HAS ARRIVED (order number)". All of a sudden I am not receiving that email anymore, not sure why.. How can i get the notification again when someone new purchases my service??

  3. My services are autopay/subscription. When a new client purchases the service I receive an email and order number. When the following month comes around, I receive another email and order number for the same client. How can I tell the difference if I am getting a new client or a returning client that has already purchased the subscription. he emails are the same. I need to be able to tell who is new and who has already purchased the subscription/auto pay for the service.
  4. How do I link my bank account to withdraw funds clients have paid??? I set up payment through Stripe.. I find it kind of ridiculous that it is not easier to link your external bank account to be able to withdraw funds.
  5. When I Edit a product and select the check out tab at the bottom; that is where the custom form was created. That form is the one that once complete you cant see the "add to cart" tab. I have to hover over the area for it to appear.

Once you complete the form if you hover under "shirt size" you will see the add to cart tab... but if you don't hover over it you cant see it. You won't even know its there

  9. I created a custom form for customers to complete after they select a product right before check out. After they complete the form the "add to cart" button that needs to be selected to move forward only appears when you hover over a certain area. If not you cant see it (add to cart) and would not be able to move forward. Anyone know how to get that button to always show on the custom form instead of having to hover over it to appear?
