Is there a way to create a pricing comparison chart like the one on Squarespace's site?

This is a pretty standard way to offer services and Squarespace even utilizes it on their own site: https://www.squarespace.com/pricing Is there a way to create both sections inside Squarespace 7.1? We don't have the commerce plan so if it's offered there, that would be good to know. The Compare Plans section is most desirable but doesn't appear to be an easy way without doing it outside of Squarespace and importing it.
