Is there any way to use CSS to switch the Index Landing Page to the top of the Sub-Pages in the Tremont template instead of at the bottom?

I'm doing a re-design for a client with a restaurant business and was shown a site that happens to use the Tremont template as a reference. She really likes the function of the Index Landing Page with the hover effect, but I'm not liking that the Landing Page shows at the bottom of the Subpages, I'd rather it be at the top. Is there any way to flip it around?
