I have a contact form on my page that is linked to an email account. Every time someone submits a form, instead of creating a new email chain for every person, it sends an email as a 'reply' on an existing thread. This makes it very confusing to track individual conversations because everything is attached to one thread.
I assume this is happening because the 'sender' on the contact form block is always recognized as coming from Squarespace, not from the individual who submitted the form.
Does anyone know how to fix this? It is a gmail account that the form is linked to.
