  1. Our shop sells antiques/vintage, and we like to show previous items we have sold in addition to what is currently available. I have a bit of custom code in so that sold out items appear faded out on shop pages. However I would like to prioritize the items that are available above the ones that are sold out. I understand that Squarespace limits you to 200 items on a page, and that we have to have a "next" button because we have more than 200 items. But currently, when you go to our shop page (https://www.seacraftvintage.com/shop) or the "All" section, it shows a number of in stock items, but not all of them, before it begins showing some faded out of stock products below that. You then have to click on the "NEXT" button in order to see a second page, which then shows more stock items and sold out below. I am hoping to prioritize these pages so they show ALL of our in-stock items first, before showing Sold Out? It is OK if you need to click "next" to see more previously sold items, but I feel like currently that second page of available items is effectively hidden. I would prefer for everything that is in-stock to show on the front page. thank you!
  2. Thank you Paul, I reached out to customer service and it was a difference between "transferring a domain" vs "connecting a domain." I had transferred, and she wanted me to connect. So it is resolved now. Thank you.
  3. Sorry about that, www.seacraftvintage.com/shop
  4. I just resolved the issue myself by clearing the safari browser cache on my iPhone, however this seems like a problem for customers who don't know how to do that but also can't check-out. Is there anything that can be done on the back end so they aren't confronted with this error?
  5. My store has been setup for a couple of months, lots of orders placed and no issues. I have not changed anything in terms of coding, settings, domain etc. However, a customer just alerted me that the following error is appearing when she goes to check out. I am able to replicate the error on MOBILE ONLY, and do not see it when I use my laptop: This domain has been mapped to Squarespace, but it has not yet been claimed by a website. If this is your domain, claim it in the Domains tab of your Website Manager. Again, this error only appears when an item has been added to the cart, and you click "checkout." (It appears on what should be the payment page.) Can anyone help me resolve?
  6. I haven't touched anything on my website in ages, however all of a sudden on the "studio" section, the text is overlapping the photo (see screen grab attached). Can anyone help me resolve? My website is www.docksquarestudio.com Thank you!
  7. Hi there, I just noticed that "sold out" products are appearing on product pages where the "related" or "more" products are shown. I currently have a plugin of css that makes "sold out" products appear faded. So you can see that faded items are being shown in this section. Is there a code solution that I can add so these items do not appear? In the photo attached, the "RC" flag on the right is the one that is sold out/faded and should not be shown. To be clear, I do want "sold out" items to stay on the site. I just don't want them to appear as "related" items. My website is www.seacraftvintage.com/shop Thank you!
  8. Thank you so much, that worked perfectly. I really appreciate it!!
  9. Yes thank you, its www.seacraftvintage.com/shop
  10. Hi all, I'm trying to get the products on my shop page to center. I got some code that worked great to center the products on mobile, but the products on desktop are still slightly to the left. Can someone help me with some custom css I can plugin? Here is the code I am using to center them on mobile: @media screen and (max-width:767px) { .products.collection-content-wrapper .products-flex-container .list-grid .grid-item { margin: 0 auto; } } Screen shot attached of the desktop view, which is off-center. Thank you!
