  1. Just click the value to the right of the slider and type in a whatever you want. You sometimes need to click TAB on your keyboard to see the change reflected on the page.
  2. Swap the code I gave you to the following, changing #whatever to the color value you want for the rollover .Header-nav-inner a { color: #fff !important; &:hover { color: #whatever !important; } }
  3. Your best option is to use @michaeleparkour's Chrome extension to clone from one Squarespace site to another. It doesn't clone everything (you'll need to rebuild page footers, for instance) but it will do 90% of the job quickly and easily. The standard version is here - https://www.squarewebsites.org/squarespacewebsites-tools-extension This is a link to the Pro version, which has a number of other useful features included. - https://www.squarewebsites.org/squarespacewebsites-tools-extension-pro
  4. Add this to your custom css (after any other custom css already there) .Header-nav-inner a { color: #fff !important; }
  5. I've double checked my code using the code inspector on your site and the change I made is working. That particular rule does not get applied on blog posts but is applied elsewhere. However, it looks like that item already has margin-left set to zero so there is no visual difference whether or not the rule is applied.
  6. It wouldn't work in this case as I was using the data in the summary blocks to create my own grid layout.
  7. I wrote a script once that calculates the length of the longest text and grabs the height of its holder and then sets the other blocks to that height.
  8. I would suggest trying to find a developer from this forum rather than marketplace. If you hire someone from marketplace a large percentage of the fee goes to 99Designs (who host the marketplace) whereas a developer hired from the forums will get the full fee. Be nice - don’t give 99Designs a slice.
  9. Hi @equites - the reason it doesn't work is explained by @brandon earlier in this thread.
  10. When you're ready, publish the new page. Then (quickly) do the following: Rename the url slug of the old page - I usually suffix -old onto the end (eg. index-old) Rename the url slug of the new page to the one the old page had (eg. index in the case above) If the old page is in the main navigation, drag it down into not linked and drag the new page up into its place If the old page was the homepage set the new page to be the homepage Test it's all working Delete the index-old page.
  11. You can use html in markdown blocks. It would be your best option if your site is on a Personal Plan because Code Blocks are a "Premium" Feature There are lots of coding tutorials and examples out there on the web but I don't know of any free resources specifically related to css for Squarespace.
  12. You could do it using a code block / markdown block and custom css.
  13. Can you provide a link to your site?
  14. The default section padding is 96px at the top and bottom. Insert this into your custom css and then tweak the @sectionpadding pixel value until you get the layout you prefer. @sectionpadding: 10px; .index-section .index-section-wrapper.page-content { padding-top: @sectionpadding; padding-bottom: @sectionpadding; }
  15. It is. Go to Settings > Site Visibility > Password Protected and add a password Then share the url and password here.
  16. This will probably help: https://www.squarewebsites.org/products/animate-on-scroll-plugin
  17. Try somthing like this in your custom css @media only screen and (max-width: 640px) { .sqs-slice-group.group-copy { padding-top: 147px; } } Then play with the padding-top value to get something that works well across mobile devices.
  18. This puts a grey 'glow' behind your navigation links. Put it in your custom css. nav#main-navigation { text-shadow: 0px 0px 3px #aaa; } The parameters (in order) are Horizontal shadow offset - currently set to 0px so it sits behind the image) Vertical shadow offset - currently set to 0px so it sits behind the image) Blur radius - set to 3px so that it casts an omnidirectional shadow. Reduce this value to make the shadow sharper. Color - currently set to a mid gray
  19. I'm surprised it's working at all because the words FONT URL are shpwing in your @font-afce declaration and they should not be there.
  20. Try this in your custom css #productDetails { display: flex; flex-direction: column; .product-title { order: 1; } .product-excerpt { order: 2; } .product-price { order: 3; } .product-variants { order: 4; } .product-quantity-input { order: 5; } .sqs-add-to-cart-button-wrapper { order: 6; } .product-sharing { order:7; } }
  21. Try using the following: window.Squarespace.onInitialize(Y, function(){ document.body.innerHTML = document.body.innerHTML.replace(/Bonjour/g, "Hello"); });
