Change colour of navigation within one page and only on homepage

Hey! This is super helpful! I was wondering what to do and if you could help me. I have a white logo and the nav bar text is white but the other pages I want to switch to a black logo and nav bar with black text. Any suggestions would be amazing. Thanks!
