  1. Do you have a gauge on how large this page is? Images should be under 500kb and video should be less than 30 seconds. Perhaps that's the issue? Have you checked to see if this is a known issue with Squarespace?
  2. Hi @edlcm I think the issue you are running into here is that the images are set to display natively, meaning they will display at whatever aspect ratio you uploaded them at. I'm not sure which version of Squarespace you are on version 7.0 or 7.1? You might want to try and use either a Gallery Page or Gallery Block that allows you to set the aspect ratio for all images added to the gallery, which would solve for your alignment issue.
  3. @Laura_Dopamo Unfortunately, it's not possible to "REMOVE" elements from your mobile layout on Squarespace 7.1 (fluid engine). You can, however, reduce the image size on mobile. For example, if you want to reduce scrolling, you can minimize the image block container size on mobile...and it won't affect how your site appears on desktop.
  4. @Natal Can you share your page URL that you're referencing? It's not possible to assign a different paragraph font, this is a global style change that affects all pages on your website. As the other member mentioned, you'd need to target that specific paragraph using CSS.
  5. Hi @Sophiajames0300! It's possible that you can completely replicate your WP design on Squarespace. It all depends on what layout and elements you have on your pages. If you'd like, share your website URL with me and I'll give you a general understanding on what's possible and what's not. Email me at: travis@coyotemooncreative.com Thanks, Travis
  6. For the accordion block descriptions, you can select "Allow multiple open items" by clicking into edit mode on the block, selecting the "Design" tab, then toggle ON the selection. Accordion blocks can be a bit finicky, sometimes you have to click directly on the Plus Icon in order to open or close. Try this out and let me know if that helps! Lastly, a good old rebuild sometimes does the fix if it still is giving you trouble. Meaning, delete the original and rebuild using a new accordion block.
  7. @johnboor Can you share your built-in Squarespace URL? I'm happy to offer my two cents!
