Adding the date of an update automatically

Thank you for answering my query and sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately my knowledge of this is non-existent and I'm afraid that I have no idea how to incorporate this into my website to display a date. If you are able to expand on what I need to do, I'd appreciate it. -
In the footer of my page, I have the comment: Last updated and © : June 2023. I have to remember to change the date when I make a change to the website. Is there a way to include the current date automatically when a page change is saved? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Problem with page layout in mobile layout

Thanks very much. I hadn't appreciated that you could edit both forms of the layout. -
I have set up a calendar page that looks as it should in desktop view. However, when viewed in mobile view, the blocks are reordered so they are no longer in the correct position. Is there a way to correct this? If you want to look at the actual website, you will need the password NCEvents. I haven't made the pages accessible until I can fix this problem. Thanks
