Team/People Section: place text on the left

Hi there! I'm working on a Team page (https://preview-thalesplab.squarespace.com/lab-alumni / password: preview-2022) and would like to try putting the info text (Title and Description) on the left of the image. This People section that Squarespace provides only allows me to place text above or below media, but not on its sides. Any ideas on how to do that? Thanks!
