Hello - is it possible to add more than one link to your website's homepage? For example - I've manage to link with Saatchi art but I also want visitors to see my Esty shop

Hello I'm trying to set up my new website. I use a third party hosting company and I've spent almost a week going between SS and them to action my website to go live! Very frustrated! I don't seem to be able to find a way of talking to anyone at SS customer service. How do I do this?
