Need help figuring out Home Page banner issues

Hi! That worked so well for mobile! One issue solved for me! My other issue still is, how do I make it work for just a regular computer website with a big screen size and not mobile? Using the slide shows on the homepage banner, I can never seem to get the correct height of my pictures. When I minimize my browser, the picture fits in that and doesn't get cut off.. but when i go full screen, it still cuts my picture off at the TOP and BOTTOM. Is there a code for this issue as well? Thank you!
