I want to resize the gallery blocks on mobile view 7.1

Hi everyone, I want to reduce the space between gallery block images and their captions in mobile view. They're just too big! I'm guessing I need CSS coding for this and have tried various codes I've found online, but haven't had any luck so far. Any help would be much appreciated!
