Cant edit the standing info on my product pages.

I am really struggling with this...having the same issues, I can't remove or edit the default examples in the store. There is a template of a wallet and a default review that I can't remove or edit from my product page. Did you resolve this issue? Should I be doing anything different to edit/remove these default pictures and text from my store? I attached two screenshots of the the text, images, and defaulted review that I can't remove.
