  1. No, it does not seem possible at this time. We've added an intake form and been manually adding people, which is a pain, but it works for now. It is making me want to switch though.
  2. Following, because I would love to know as well! I have not been able to fix this either. It would also be great to be able to see participants, as we can't see that either.
  3. Have you looked in "Reports" -> "Users" or "Revenue"? My appointments aren't paid so nothing shows, but the "Appointments" report has been very helpful.
  4. You need the Powerhouse plan. Then go to "Scheduling" -> "Customize Appearance" -> "Scheduling Page Options". Select "Hide Powered by..."
  5. You need the Powerhouse plan in order to do so. Once you have that, go to "Scheduling" -> "Customize Appearance" -> "Scheduling Page Options", and select "Hide Powered By..."
  6. Hello! Does anyone know if it is possible to edit these fields? I would like to remove "phone" and add "Company" and "Additional Emails".
  7. I often have a team of 2-5 people schedule a meeting with my team. I want the person scheduling to be able to include their colleagues on the invitation. I would like to put somewhere on the scheduling form "Add additional emails" and have those people automatically added to the meeting invite, similar to when you're scheduling in Google Calendar, or other systems. Is this possible?
  8. Hello! I can help with question 2 I think! Go to "Business Settings" -> "Availability" -> "Global Availability Limits" -> "Start Time Intervals". It looks like the default is "Automatically based on your appointment type durations", and it seems like something may have gotten changed to "Every 1+ Minutes" instead. If you change your settings here, it should show normal likes like 3pm, 4pm, etc. Let me know if this helps!
  9. Is it possible to add people as "optional", like you can in Google Calendar?
  10. You'd need to create a "Calendar". Go to "Scheduling" -> "Calendars", and create a "Calendar" with the appointment type. Next, go to "Scheduling" -> "Sync With Other Calendars". Add the relevant people in "Select a Calendar". Save it, and you should be good to go!
