Hi there!

I'm running into a problem; when a customer purchases a Membership, their address is not collected. (As far as I can tell.)

I get their Name, City, email and Zip Code... but not street address.

I ship monthly rewards (like Patreon... which really helps drive up income) and I need a way to also know their shipping address.

Am I missing something? Does it exist somewhere that I haven't seen?

We’re using SS Memberships as an alternative to Patreon, with physical monthly rewards that we ship monthly.

I just saw that memberships are set as status “fulfilled”; is there any way to default to “unfulfilled”?

If not, is there any way to export monthly members so that we can keep track of who rewards we’ve shipped? We’re trying to get these to act like orders so that we can import them into PirateShip for postage.

Hi there!

I'm porting over my membership from Paywhirl to SS Membership; I have 4 distinct paid levels, and also a general public store.

I see that I can make gated content for each of the Membership Levels; I've started to build a gated sub-store for one of them.

I'd like to only have to build 1 gated store that each of the different membership levels have access to.

Is this possible? How?

Or, do I have to make 4 different sub-stores?

Hi there!

I do physical events, and I was wondering if there are any good ways to capture subscriber signups in person? (Kind of like the mail chimp app.) I’d like to avoid the data entry of capturing them on paper and hand entering them later.

If there isn’t a slick way to do it, I guess I could do a QR code that links to a signup landing page… but I wanted to see if anybody has already found a better solution.
