I am having the same issue. If I had have known this is wouldn't have paid to restore the site as it prompted. Is there a way to transfer the subscription payment to a new site?
Or is there a way to reset the site so i can start from scratch & select a new template? I don't mind if I've lost what i built last time but don't want to pay for another subscription when I haven't been able to use this one.
