When I contacted Squarespace customer service about this last week, the solution they suggested is to "Allow Anonymous Comments," which seems to take care of the issue of logging the IP address that Derrick mentioned above. But, Paul is right on in that this bug is a known issue per Squarespace. It seems like it should be a priority... I know I am not alone in that most of my internet browsing is via mobile? At this point, the only way to allow mobile browser "likes" and commenting is to allow anonymous comments. Thank you to everyone who responded!

I just started a blog today and people are trying to comment on it. People who are using their computers are able to comment and like without issue, but on a phone, the option to comment isn't there at all. When they try to "like" a comment, they get an error message (screenshot below). I watched the help videos and think I have all my settings correct (screenshot of those attached as well). Any ideas?
