Newsletter Form Cusomisation Request

Unfortunately it doesn't change the newsletter form block one. I have this set site wide for all 'normal' buttons. Thanks anyway! -
I'm looking to reformat the newsletter block & button in a specific section on my site (ie. not necessarily in the footer).... Photo attached of the design in XD that i'm trying to replicate. I can't work it out for the life of me.
