I was wondering if it's possible to have a form submit to different emails depending on the Enquiry Type? For example, if the enquiry is "Ophthalmology Enquiry", it will send to abc@gmail.com. If the enquiry is "Home Delivery Enquiry", it will send to xyz@gmail.com, and so on.
